Local flower delivery in Konětopy from a Prague studio

The village of Konětopy lies in the Praha-východ District, about 9 km north of Stará Boleslav. In 2025, the village had 345 residents. The kindergarten in the village centre has operated independently since 2016.

Konětopy were first mentioned in writing in 1391. On the night of 7 to 8 May 1945, retreating German soldiers burned down the village. A baroque bell tower stands on the village green, and a monument in the village commemorates the victims of the world wars. The recreational lake Jezero Konětopy lies between Konětopy and Dřísy and is operated by the company JEZERO KONĚTOPY EU.
