Flower delivery to Podolanka from a local florist

Podolanka lies about 300 metres from Prague's boundary near Vinoř. It is 17 kilometres north-east of central Prague. The municipality had 618 residents in 2025.

Podolanka was formed by joining three settlements: Cvrčovice, Kostomlátky and Podolanka. It has had its current name since 1948. In Cvrčovice, part of Podolanka, stands the Church of the Beheading of St John the Baptist with its adjoining cemetery; the church is no longer used for services. A Renaissance gate with sgraffito decoration survives from the former Štěpař farmstead.
