The municipality comprises Radějovice and Olešky. It lies about 12 km south-west of Říčany. In 2025, it had 541 inhabitants.

Radějovice was first mentioned in writing in 1227. In Olešky, a part of Radějovice, stands the originally Romanesque Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. It has Gothic wall paintings from the 14th century, and a stone bell tower stands on the village green.
